<H3>How Will It Help Me?</H3>
Our approach is simple.  It does not involve a lot of \\\\\\’practices\\\\\\’ that you have to carve out special time to do.  It is an organic process of getting a felt sense of the peace that is already here that we usually don\\\\\\’t tune into.  In our groups, we spend a lot of  time basking in this peace. Once you have some experience of tuning into this peace, it becomes quite natural and easy to spend more and more time there – even in the midst of your busy life.
The most wonderful thing is that your outer life circumstances don\\\\\\’t need to change in order for you to begin feeling permeated by this sense of peace and okayness.  In fact, what happens, is that you begin seeing your outer life from a new perspective — and if you feel drawn to making changes, solutions arise from this more peaceful, open space.
Also, this approach offers an extremely effective, straightforward way to work with your difficult emotions and disturbing thoughts – so that they are fully met and, yet, are no longer disturbing to your sense of peace and comfort.
Tapping into the “peace that passes all understanding” we discover how to easily bring it into our everyday lives, in the midst of our busy activities
Discovering the ways that we unwittingly contribute to our own struggles and suffering, we see \\\\\\’on the spot\\\\\\’ how to stop creating more dissatisfaction and suffering
We see how getting out of our overwhelm is  an  \\\\\\’inside job\\\\\\’.   Without forsaking our responsibilities, we gain the power to meet them from a much more open, relaxed and creative space within ourselves.
We experience what it feels like to \\\\\\’relax our tight grip on the steering wheel of life\\\\\\’ and let life support us in the direction we really want to flow in.
We develop a new relationship with that \\\\\\’hole\\\\\\’ or emptiness that we sometimes feel, that sense that \\\\\\’something is missing\\\\\\’.  We discover how to enter into a place that is free of all pressure, pride, shame and artificiality – a place that simply can’t get any better.  As we slip into this ultimate state of “Spacious Presence,’ where meditation happens all by itself, we feel our needs fulfilled from within and can experience what it is like to be “All of What You Are.”
